Carbon Circle is our loyalty program built specifically for netball clubs and schools. It doesn't ask you to do anything differently — your members keep shopping the way they always have. But now, every order they place builds toward something real: cash back for your club, paid out at the end of the season.

How it works

When your club registers for Carbon Circle, you'll receive a unique club code. From there, it's simple:

Any member — a player, a parent, a coach — enters your club's code at checkout when they order. That single step links their purchase to your club's shared total. It doesn't matter who's buying or what they're buying; jerseys, socks, training gear, it all counts. As the season plays out, your club's pooled spend grows, and so does your position on the ladder.

At season's end, we tally up the total and issue your club a single store credit — no forms to fill out, no chasing us for it. It lands automatically, ready to put toward next season's order.

The more your club buys together, the more it earns

Carbon Circle runs on three tiers, and every club starts earning from their very first order:

Bronze — every club's starting point. Earn 3% cash back with no minimum spend required.

Silver — once your club's pooled season spend crosses $2,000, your rate lifts to 5%.

Gold — reach $5,000 in season spend, and you're earning 7% cash back — our top rate.

Here's the part clubs like most: when you move up a tier, your new rate applies to your entire season's spend, not just what you buy from that point forward. Cross into Gold with $8,000 in total orders, and you're not earning 7% on the last few hundred dollars — you're earning 7% on all $8,000. That's $560 in store credit, automatically, no negotiation required.

Built for how clubs actually buy

Netball clubs don't buy through one account — orders come from parents ordering dresses, committee members ordering bibs, individual players grabbing extra socks. Carbon Circle is designed around that reality. It doesn't matter how scattered your club's buying is across different people; the code ties it all back together, so nobody has to coordinate or track anything manually.

No catch

There's no membership fee, no minimum order size, and no fine print designed to trip you up. Cash back doesn't change what you pay at checkout — it's calculated on top and paid back to your club, plain and simple.
